I chose this film for our semi-weekly afternoon at the movies. Both Pat and I were delighted to have seen this 2007 Sundance Film Festival entry. A story that could have been unbelievable and sophomoric enchanted us. The actors: Kate del Castillo as the mother, Eugenio Derbez as Enrique and Mario Almada as Padriano were outclassed by Adrian Alonso as Carlito! Thank you, Patricia Riggen and company, for producing this lovely film.
